Your refund policy stinks. When every store almost will refund easily, and usually no questions asked, you will not even refund to the debit card I used!! They are too big and still in the bag. I need it refunded to my card, not another size or a s” store” credit. I’ll have to use my credit or give them to a friend, but I’m not going to be shopping your store again. The items are still in the bag and I will be taking them back to your store to get the credit. That’s all. I will not be shopping your store again in the consumer world that we live in nowadays everyone does refunds back to the card I used. Maybe this information will help you to give better customer service without the hassle of having to buy at your store because you can only give a store credit to something that I called to return two days later and like I said, they’re still in the bag.
