Refund policy
We only offer exchanges, we sadly do not offer refunds.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this is simply noting your order number.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your item of exchange will be processed for shipping. The only reasons in which an exchange could be denied would be if the item(s) are not in new, eligible for resell condition, for example, tags are torn off, pet hair is on the merchandise, or item smells of perfume or smoke. In this rare case of denial, you will be responsible for shipping to receive the item back.
Last Chance Sale items: Unfortunately last chance, sale items cannot be exchanged.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you. Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: Halo, 1265 Interstate Dr, Ste 103A, Cookeville, TN 38501. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. This gives you full protection in case your item is lost in transit back to us.
